Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Key Organizer handles information on your iPhone. Key Organizer is a free utility. It does not require an account and does not provide a custom backend for your key records.
This policy reflects the current app. It is not legal advice. Last updated: September 18, 2026.
Information We Store
You can save a key name, an optional location, optional notes, and an optional photo. These records are created by you and stored on this device.
Key Organizer does not operate a server that receives your key names, locations, notes, or photos.
Photos and Camera
A photo is optional. If you choose to add one, the app can use the iPhone camera or your photo library after you select that option.
Camera and photo-library access are requested only when you add or change a photo. Chosen photos are copied into the app’s local files on this device. Key Organizer does not save photos back to your library.
Local Storage
Key records and photos remain on this iPhone using on-device storage. There is no Key Organizer cloud sync and no iCloud sync in this version.
If you delete a key, the app removes that record and attempts to delete any associated photo file stored by the app. Uninstalling Key Organizer removes the app’s local data.
Advertising
Key Organizer is free and shows advertisements using Google AdMob: a banner on the Home screen, at most one native advertisement in the key list when several keys are saved, and an occasional full-screen interstitial after a completed key save. Ads are not required to use key management features. If an ad fails to load, the rest of the app continues to work, including offline.
This app requests non-personalized ads from AdMob. Google’s advertising software may still collect or process device and advertising-related information in order to deliver and measure ads, according to Google’s own policies.
Tracking and Advertising Identifiers
Key Organizer does not present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not implement a tracking permission flow. The app’s privacy manifest declares that this app does not use tracking as defined by that manifest.
That does not mean the advertising SDK collects no information. Google AdMob may use advertising identifiers or similar signals as described by Google. This app cannot control every data practice of that third-party SDK.
Third-Party Services
Advertising is provided by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). Google’s terms and privacy information apply to that SDK. Key Organizer does not add a separate analytics, account, or crash-reporting service in this version.
Data Security
Your key records stay on the device. Protect access to your iPhone with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Data Retention
Key Organizer keeps your records until you delete them or remove the app. Advertising data retention is governed by Google, not by a Key Organizer server.
Children’s Privacy
Key Organizer is a general utility and is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app to store information about children if you are not permitted to do so.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete keys in the app, refuse camera or photo-library permission in iOS Settings, and limit ad tracking using Apple’s system settings. Core key management works without an internet connection; ads may not.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If this policy changes, the updated text will appear in the app. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the new text.
