Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Key Organizer, a free iPhone app for storing key names, optional locations, optional notes, and optional photos on your device.

Use of the App

You may use Key Organizer for personal, lawful organization of your own keys. You must comply with Apple’s terms and applicable law.

Key Information

You are responsible for the names, locations, notes, and photos you save. The app stores that information locally on this iPhone. There is no Key Organizer account and no Key Organizer cloud backup in this version.

User Responsibility

Key Organizer is a record-keeping aid. It does not guarantee that you will find a physical key, prevent loss, or replace locks, insurance, or professional security advice.

Photos and Content

Only add photos and notes you have the right to use. Do not store content that is illegal or that you are not allowed to keep on your device.

Advertising

The app may display Google AdMob advertisements: a Home banner, a labeled native advertisement in the key list when several keys exist, and an occasional interstitial after a successful save. Advertising does not change these terms for your local key records. Ad content is provided by Google and its advertisers, not as an endorsement by Key Organizer.

Availability

The app is provided as-is. Features may change. Core key management is designed to work without a network connection; advertisements and other network features may not.

Intellectual Property

Key Organizer, its name, design, and original content belong to their respective owners. You keep rights in the key information and photos you add, subject to these terms and Apple’s rules.

Disclaimer

Key Organizer is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Key Organizer and its contributors are not liable for lost keys, lost data, device issues, ad content, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated in the app. If you do not agree with a change, stop using Key Organizer and delete the app.
